1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
2. Where do your products ship from?
We work directly with trusted fulfillment partners, so your items ship straight from their warehouses. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received it within 3–5 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it right away.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

We choose pet products with safety and quality in mind. Please check the size and material details on each product page, supervise your pet during play, and replace toys that become worn or damaged. If your pet has allergies or health concerns, check with your vet first.
6. How can I place an order and is checkout secure?
Pick your product and options, click Add to Cart or Buy It Now, and complete checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never store your card details.
