1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

We work directly with trusted fulfillment partners, so your items ship straight from their warehouses. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

We choose pet products with safety and quality in mind. Please check the size and material details on each product page, supervise your pet during play, and replace toys that become worn or damaged. If your pet has allergies or health concerns, check with your vet first.
